It doesn’t matter what age you are, what size you are and how fit you are. I am happy to work with you and work to YOUR goals, be it from sofa to 2k or 5k, or be it to complete a marathon – your first or umpteenth – it doesn’t matter – if you are reading this, then chances are you are looking for someone to give you a gentle nudge in the right direction


Why Should I Have a Personal Trainer?

Working out with a PT is so much more fun and productive than doing it by yourself. Whilst working together you build a strong relationship that will encourage and support you to achieve whatever it is you wish to achieve physically and hopefully mentally too.

It is well documented that exercising is one of the best mood enhancers, can help you gain a better night’s sleep, benefit your mental wellbeing and can encourage socialising which we as human beings have an innate need for.

What to Expect

Workouts are normally an hour long, and if you wish to see the best results you should try to sign up for 2 sessions per week. Each session is carried out here on our deer farm, and where suitable, some of it outside, some inside – depending on your requirements and equipment needed. 

I have a selection of weights, battle ropes, steps, stability balls, etc that will all help to put you through your paces, not forgetting the great outdoors and a 1.5mile warm up trail outside that will give you a taster of just how beautiful it really is here.

There are many bootcamps out there that involve a good amount of shouting – please don’t be put off – I am not going to shout at you, but I shan’t let you slack either. I shall be beside you for the duration to encourage and also more importantly to check your form and that you are executing each exercise safely. No two sessions will be identical as I have no wish for you to get bored!
