This is the most fun you can have on a Sunday morning!!

It starts at 8am and consists of an hour of fitness training - anything from swinging a kettle bell to flipping tyres! This is then followed by a 3/4mile walk up to a loch at the top of our farm where you can go for a wild swim. Swimming is optional and done at your own risk. However the benefits of cold water swimming are incredible, and generally we wear wetsuits, but this is not obligatory. After this we head back down the hill where we then have a good catch up over a hot chocolate and some fresh baking.

This is open to all levels of fitness, and men and women alike (minimum age is 16). This summer I hope to run some family ones where you can bring your children, so watch this space.
